LuxeTek products are designed to offer the following protective properties (dependent on chosen spec):
Protection of beautiful gloss and delicate cabinet/case finishes with the use of anti-abrasion fabrics, while using a high-quality cover generally eliminates the need to regularly clean and dust the equipment which leads to ‘micro-abrasions’, swirls and scratches.
These micro-abrasions create the effect of ageing, fading and ‘dulling’ over time, and is literally unavoidable, regardless how meticulous you are.Protection of all LCD, plasma and LED flatscreen TV and monitor panels as above, vastly extending the life and clarity of your screen.
Blocking all sunlight which also causes the ageing, fading, bleaching and degrading of materials over time. Rubber and plastic especially (including that surrounding a speaker driver/tweeter) becomes brittle, plastics and lacquers fade and become ‘milky’, wood becomes bleached.
General elimination of all dust and dirt from accumulating in and on your equipment, creating an eye-sore, potentially devaluing the equipment and often creating an airflow/heat dissipation deficiency and stress on components, especially in the case of computers, amplifiers etc
Waterproof materials eliminate the danger of all liquid hazards, including accidental spillages, aerosol sprays, cleaning liquid over-spray, fire alarm sprinkler systems etc. Scotchguard is applied to all non-waterproof materials as standard.
Carbon weave anti-static layer prevents the transference of static electricity through the cover in both directions, especially a consideration for speakers, computers etc.
Installing and removing a cover can also create static charge which is dissipated by anti-static layers.Proprietary luxury padding materials absorb and prevent almost all types of common impacts.
Polycarbonate & aluminium panels can be installed into any face of the cover to add almost bullet-proof levels of protection where required.
Fire and burn proof materials prevent hazards involving cigarettes, candles, electrical sparks etc. Fire retardant covers can also prevent fire spreading to your home, if a component catches fire.
If you have literally ANY type of equipment which requires a cover, not listed here, and requires properties not listed here; Please do get in touch and we will assist wherever possible.
