The first thing a potential customer should know is that none of our products are ‘off the shelf’, with everything being made on-spec for your bespoke requirements.
The options for both aesthetics, materials and levels of protection available are almost unlimited.

However, we know ‘unlimited’ can be overwhelming and so we offer a standard/basic spec as a starting point to simplify the ordering process.

The base spec (outlined below) is perfect for those who just want high quality protective covers which look great and offer protection against almost all potential daily hazards, keeping your equipment pristine and protecting the residual value of your equipment.

While the material spec remains the same for standard spec covers, every cover is tailored bespoke for your specific type and shape of equipment with the ability to add details.

The standard LuxeTek ‘base’ specification includes the following:

• Waterproof & tear-resistant nylon canvas outer layer:
  Premium, high-denier material providing the perfect combination of understated aesthetics, protection, feel to the touch and utility.
  This material is available in various weights dependent on application, budget and protection requirements.
  Black as standard with a range of colour options available.

• Anti-abrasion microfibre ‘microfleece’ inner lining:
  To eliminate abrasion on high gloss, lacquered and beautifully finished surfaces.
  Off-white (undyed) fabric is included as standard as it easily allows you to identify any dirt or contaminates which could damage or mark the equipment. Undyed fabrics offer a higher level of softness and therefore ‘slightly’ better anti-abrasion properties compared to dyed fabrics.
  Any colour of microfleece is available as an additional cost option.

• Genuine leather pull-loop or pull-handle, with leather pull-tabs to the bottom edges for installation, removal and adjustment.

  Almost any colour is available at no additional cost.

Premium Vinyl: As a cost option, we offer almost unlimited options for colours and finishes of premium commercial-grade vinyl, from smooth, to faux leather, to contemporary patterns.
Can be combined with decorative stitching e.g. diamond quilting.

Genuine Leather: With our valued partners, we offer a huge range of premium leather in almost every grain type, finish and colour at an affordable price. A truly luxury, timeless option which raises the aesthetic of any space or equipment, improving with age.
Can be combined with decorative stitching e.g. diamond quilting.

Inner Layer - Lining Fabric: While an off-white microfleece fabric is included, any colour or type of lining material can be added at extra cost, including premium faux suede, Alcantara and Ultrasuede.

Carbon Weave Anti-Static Layer: To prevent the build-up and transference of static electricity to and from the equipment via the cover itself.

Advanced Warp Knitted and Neoprene Padding: To prevent damage from impacts while retaining as much of a slim, sharp profile as possible. Warp knitted material never loses its protective properties or loses its shape unlike cheaper, traditional padding materials. Available in many thicknesses.

Luxury ‘Reflex’ Foam Padding: A dense foam padding with luxurious spring/rebound available in various levels of firmness, offering protection against all levels of impacts. Available in 5mm to 1 inch thickness.

Waterproof Fabric: When the outer layer is not waterproof, we can add a 100% waterproof rubberised nylon layer to prevent any liquid from penetrating the cover.

Fire/Burn Proof Fabric: Only offered when the outer layer is not made of fire-retardant fabric. This blocks and prevents any accidental burns such as cigarettes, candles etc. If your equipment should ever catch fire, this also insulates the fire and potentially prevents the spread of fire throughout your home.

Bespoke, Luxury, Handcrafted Outer Layer: At Hancock & Fox (the parent company of LuxeTek) we create the highest standard of bespoke interior tailoring in the industry, and we can apply this to your covers.
While the standard nylon canvas looks great for most situations, we can offer so much more for those who want it, with almost unlimited possibilities. A handcrafted, bespoke outer layer using almost any premium and luxury materials, designed to compliment the aesthetics of the AV system, living space, or personality of the owner.

Optional Extra Protective Layers: Plastic honeycomb mesh, polycarbonate or solid aluminium panels can be added to any face of the cover for ultimate, unmatched protection. A LuxeTek cover can be beautiful and literally bullet-proof.
